Mostly Semillon with a little Savvy thrown in. Grown at the top of the vineyard on very slim soils, the Semillon vines have always managed themselves in terms of vigour (partially thanks to Mr. Frost’s gentle hands). We believe the adoption of organic practices has resulted in the true terrior of quartz and granite becoming evident, accompanied by citrus and baked apricot notes on both the nose and palate. Lean fruit and tight acid make this a clean, refreshing wine easily applied to any hour of the day. Preferably with oysters and a peach of a gal.
